Aren’t CRC in the EU? 😉

Not good though I agree.

My guess is you need to take it up with crc. They are part of Wiggle group so unlikely to stiff you over £3700. Did you pay with a credit card? You get extra protection if you did so you'll definitely get your money back - I expect you'd rather have the bike though!

I dare say they've had a logistics issue, CRC are based in Northern Ireland, but utilise storage in England as well, so definitely no EU issues, i'd say that as almost all retailers are showing the mega as being out of stock, there is an issue with the actual stock, that could be an EU issue!

He ordered a giga not mega, brand new bike tho.

Try bike activ or Pearce cycles normally have good stock of nuke proof.

Thought nukeproof was a Crc/wiggle own brand like vitus.

But still does not help if they can’t get shipping space

I think it's probably a bit early to be claiming that CRC have scammed you out of £3700.

Incredibly annoying though

All the warehousing for CRC is done from Wolverhampton, Wiggle sold off all the NI warehouses, they were accused by the local MP as asset strippers.

FWIW ArrowXL cancelled an amazon return collection for me the other day, when I contacted them they said "amazon cancelled it", but when amazon checked their comms with them actually arrow had claimed they'd tried to phone me and the number they had was wrong (it wasn't) And the rebooked collection is away into next week so it definitely felt to me like Arrow are just way overbooked and dumping deliveries/collections

If you’ve been told the courier and have a tracking number that will mean CRC has sent the bike. Sounds like the issue here may be Arrow Xl rather than CRC.

Not sure what any of a bike lost in transit has to do with the EU tho!

As ever, don't engage wirh couriers, your contract is with the retailer. Let them sort it out!

CRC do have occasional delivery problems but they aren't going to scam you out of a bike that wasn't delivered. You might not get your bike, but you won't be charged for it.

Not sure if this is the case here but it isn't unknown for their system to show stock, hence why you can buy it from the website, but when they go to pick it, it isn't actually there.

It is unfortunate and annoying but I am pretty sure you will get your money back.

Had a bike from CRC this week. Arrow XL were utterly useless with rubbish communication. They had the bike for days before I finally chased them and only then did they book a delivery slot that was several days away. They then didn't turn up (overbooked route), and when I called they couldn't book another shot as they hadn't got the bike back to the warehouse yet????? Ended up being 10 days from dispatch to delivery. Not impressed.
