Ordered one item last month still out Of stock.can it be cancelled or am I going to have to wait and then send it back.seems silly doing that.
They cannot take payment from your card until its shipped, so should be easily enough done.

call them and explain you can't wait any longer, they should refund/cancel your order, just for customer service, in the fact that CRC would want you to buy off them in future
I'm surprised they let you buy an out of stock item. Just give um a call and they'll sort it for there then. I mean they will give the chioce of refund or wait for it.

was just thinking wiggle just have a button you press saying CANCEL ORDER crc ought to learn from this.
email them with your order number details and stating which items you want cancelled.
done this previously and had no issues.
yeah they will cancel no problem....happened when i tried to buy some superbly cheap pikes but just missed out.
get through by phone is impossible generally so just email
no problem. Like Walla24 I cancelled an order for a pair of forks that were out of stock
don,t think crc can learn much from wiggle when it comes to customer service,they are already leaps and bounds above them.
Again cheers. Not knocking them though possibly the opposite, don't have a bad word for crc or wiggle just need to cancel & refund.
