Hi all. Just gone to fit new Raceface Aeffect cranks and as I tighten the retaining 'bolt' the cranks become stiff to rotate. Also, when I do spin them, with difficulty, the cinch ring works loose. This is on a 2016 Alpine 160 pre boost with a Shimano MT8000 bottom bracket.
Any ideas?

Stand down folks! Schoolboy error alert!! The little washer/spacer that sits over the bearing was stuck to the old cranks. D’oh!!
