I ordered a winter jacket from Chain Reaction on October 13 and still haven´t received anything.
I´m in Spain so it usually takes about 7 days to arrive, and I have previously had stuff delivered from them.
After 3 weeks I contacted CR and they advised me to wait for RTS mail to them to see if it was returned undelivered.
Fine, I waited and emailed again yesterday explaining I´d even contacted the post office here and they had nothing for me either.
CR just sent a message saying "Unfortunately this package has not arrived at our warehouse", and to await an automated response when it does.
TBH I´ve lost patience at this stage, should I wait and see or do I have any other options? Has this happened to anyone on here?
Get o the phone and speak to a person. No hope with the automated [s]palm off[/s] email system
