[Closed] cotic hemlock front mech routing...?

Hi STW,
my new hemlock arrived in the post today and very nice it looks too. However, I see that the front mech route is under the BB shell. On the BB shell I've got a hole drilled in it for one of those little plastic guides to go on, but no guide at all in the box! Those with hemlocks, do yours have the little plastic guides in place? If not how does the cable action work? Just up against the BB shell? -I can't see that being right...

I've contacted Cy about this too, but I just wondered if I was missing something (other then the small plastic guide!). I'll be gutted if I can't build it and ride it this w/e just because of a little 50p (approx!) piece of plastic that someone forgot to include/ and check was on there!

If it turns out you need the plastic thing, you could always run in in the middle ring, put the front mech onto the bike, but wind the high and low screws all the way in, so the front mech acts as a chainguide stopping it from changing gear on you?

Cheers James!
Good idea.. I'll see if my LBS can help me out too, although it seems a bit cheeky as I didn't get the frame thru' them...
