Reckon this could be rather entertaining, the urban downhill a few years ago was great - so we'll be there for the Edinburgh Nocturne:

Went to the Salford Nocturne last year, was a really good night out, great atmosphere. It's done by the same people who organise the excellent Revolution track series.

I'll be there, too as Monkey's involved in the organisation (not that it means much in the way of VIP action/ freebies ๐Ÿ™ ). I even have the lend of a Brompton to take part. Should I choose to...

Gutted I'll mostly be suffering in Fortwilliam after 10undertheben (and nursing the midge bites!)

Will be working the event as I did the Salford Nocturne last year. Hopefully the lighting will be better in Edinburgh it was properly dark in some places on the Salford course. No Salford event this year though due to cash shortages. There's also a Blackpool Nocturne happening this year course hasn't yet been finalised though.

Lots of setts on that route - it'll be very interesting if it's wet.
