Ok, so my little one has started racing and is currently riding a 20" spesh with bolt thro wheels. I want to be able to chuck it on the roof with mine but it bugs me I need to take a spanner to the fron twheel to take it off.
How easy is it to swap out a bolt thro and is it worth doing? any site locations that might supply the needed bits may help too.

As long as you can get a QR axle that's the same thread as yours then it's as simple as servicing said hub,and swapping the bearing cones from one axle to the other. Park Tools website should have a useful guide to hub servicing.
