So I've got my head round the whole BB30, PF30, BB86/92 ordeal etc, and have worked out what I'd need to run Shimano or SRAM cranks on each.

BUT... What about Campag?

Looking at a new road bike frame in the near future, and fancy going down the Campag route. The new frame I'm looking at is BB86, so what parts would I need to fit a Campag Athena Crank to it? Or say I went for a BB30/PF30 compatible frame, and wanted to fit the same Campag crank?

HELP!!! 😕

Was looking at that site, says nothing of BB86 compatibility (and suitable BB's) or anything for Campag cranksets lower than Chorus level... 😕

Ahhh

Think I've found the answer... Campag seem to do the cups themselves! Ooops 😳

OK, so now where to get 6mm wide 6805 bearings cheaply? Same size as in Shimano HT2 BB's, but 6805's are normally 7mm wide it seems.
