And what grease do you use

Easily done. Often remove circlip and seal first then splurge the grease through. Saves having to pick it out of a load of dirty grease!

I use mine after any very wet ride.
Only had a seal pop out once and it's easy enough to get them back in.
Using Phil Woods grease.

what grease guns are you all using?

I've got a CK unit on my commuter so I'm tempted to get the injector+gun

Regular cheap (dualco?) grease gun. I ordered a fitting for the CK tool so I can screw onto the grease gun rather than relying on the zerk fitting. Makes operation much easier.

yeah the CK website says the injector is threaded, so the obvious thing is to thread it onto to the grease gun. The question then is - are all grease guns threaded on the end.

Was the dualco gun threaded sam? If not, where do you get the "fitting for the tool"?

for future reference - the HILKA grease gun DOES fit the CK tool.

(and is much cheaper than the CK gun...)

ok, did a bit more poking around on line and found this:
http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/cgg120-4-piece-grease-gun?da=1&TC=SRC-grease+gun

which i suspect may well be the same as the phil wood grease gun and it threads into the king adapter no probs.

should fit the 3 oz phil cartridges as well..
