This year, I are been mostly buying from bike-discount.de and bike-components.de
Quite a bit of stuff in Merlin's sale is a bit cheaper still on Bike-Discount, as long as you buy a couple of things to soak up the nominal postage charge.
And what's this IBD business? I've noticed Bikeradar trying to pretend it's a popular term, but, seriously, I live in a non-English-speaking country and even we call it an LBS.

CRC were doing 10% off everything a few weeks back when I got mine. RF Narrow/Wide ring, SLX chain/cassette/mech and a Zee shifter for £130 or something. Didn't think that was too bad. Wiggle were doing pretty much the same thing for £180 as a package.
