Cheap ones at bikediscount if you don't mind a left hand lever. Not many sub £200 deals around on right hand levers as this is what most people want.

Just ordered one from Rutland Cycling, 30.9, 420 with a right lever for £179.99 including bleed kit and Enduro collar.
