Charity request - The Lap of Essex

I'm not usually overt with charitable activity but this year on June 2nd I shall by raising money for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance whilst supporting Matt Hart owner of the Torq brand on his Lap of Essex. Not only am I coached by Torq for MTB racing, but Essex & Herts are my local areas within which I have for many years enjoyed both MTB & Road riding. Therefore I've leaped at the opportunity to simply use my time & hobby to help the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance continue to support both Counties communities.
