Looked at Tftuned just wondering what Grease is used on the spring and Under the U-turn cap!
Can I buy from Halfords? Any ideas

i asked 'em when i changed mine - any decent medium weight grease is fine. put lots on the spring. mine 'clicks' when it compresses so i have to take it out and grease it again 🙁

I just put shed loads of the Park Tool grease on mine. Seems fine.

ive ordered some of that Weldite teflon stuff, so I guess i wiil use the whole tube ?
