I'm going to try doing this myself and I've been searching YouTube, Vimeo and fox's own side for guidance. One thing that confuses me is the initial disassembly. Some guides show the lowers being removed and the rod (on to which you place the spacer) out the bottom and others show it coming out of the top. Also some show it is necessary to remove the top cap first rather than just the nuts at the bottom of the lowers.
Anyone know any good guides for this? My fork is a 2012 150 fit.
Cheers
Dickie
if its same as the 2009 then there are the two 26mm nuts on the fork crowns and one 8mm(?) on each leg. once these have been unfastened you then bash the bottom of each leg to release the lowers and all the oil.
this might help, i think
