Sure this was free last time I returned an item, now it costs nearly £5 to return a freehub body
Still says "use our free Collect Plus service" under their returns section in Customer Service.
When you go to the "Find your nearest location" it shows a fee - maybe that is just built into that page. I'll try dropping it off without paying...
In the last few weeks I've sent back enough shorts and full faces to CRC to stock a small shop.
Total cost - zero pence. It still says Collect Plus is foc on the CRC site (for UK customers).
If you're on about the crc returns page, don't click find location, click the click here button just below it. That takes you to the collect plus site and asks you for your order number and then you're sorted.

You need the return postage labels from crc.
I also used it last week and there was no charge. Does it depend on what you're sending back, be it weight or value?
