Those of you who know my 'fangirl' history will know I've long had a bike crush on Cedric Gracia. I got round to watching a skills DVD that I got free a couple of months or so ago...

Be still my beating heart! Fabien Barel!!!! Why have I never appreciated his talents before?!!

Barel (who oddly looks like Sharki with a tiny bit more hair!) is one hell of a racer, but Gracia is still king when it comes to style.

Flash, it's his bike skills I appreciate, honest.

Hairy had a man-crush on him afterwards 🙂

If he's retired from racing he might do coaching... Hmm, MTB cut filmed the DVD I was watching, Maybe Stu Thomson can get me his number?... On a strictly professional basis of course. 😉

It's a good tactical move- one of his legs is shorter than the other, so when he tries to run from you he'll just go in circles and be easier to catch.
