It has occurred to me that I've spent far more time buying new bits for my bike, fitting, fixing and tinkering than I have actually riding it so far in 2015.
What's the appropriate fiddle-to-ride ratio for a middle aged man?

FTRR should always be over 50%, if not you just don't care about her enough (it is always a her isn't it?)....
