You just need an adapter that would do a 160mm front!

yes will fit a shimano caliper. (caliper being post mount, frame being IS)
or you can indeed use a front 160mm one

So if a 160 front = 140 rear, and 180 front = 160 rear, does that mean a 200 front = 180 rear?
