Please can anyone tell me the exact dimensions from face to face across the axle of a 15mm front hub (or the distance between the inner faces of the fork legs that the hub outer faces make contact with)? e.g to fit a Rockshox Maxle. I currently have Mavic Crossmax XL with a 20mm through axle, and I want to fit to a 15mm fork. The XLs are pre-15mm standard, so all I can do is machine the 9mm spacers to fit the Maxle, but I will end up with an overall hub width of 100mm, the same as 9mm forks (with the 20mm spacers, the width is 110mm).

Its also 100mm, so all you need to do is machine the 15mm holes in the QR caps. Mate had it done to his XL's and it worked fine, only slight problem was it wore the bolt a little at the point it contacts the cap.
Many thanks anc - A friend has done a great machining job for me on the 9mm spacers, so looks like I am ready for the fork.
