Me and mrs EMC are spending 3 weeks cycling, tour watching & wine drinking in the French Alps this july. So far we're booked into Les Marmottes near Morzine, but we've got to rigid plans as to where we're heading. I'm after some recommended campsites that don't have to be child friendly, just a laid back, mountain accessible environment is all we're after. Location not really a factor as we'll be travelling around, probably as far south as Gap.

Been a while but mer de glace campsite Chamonix/Argentiere has been good for us in past.. Owner quite aa formidable chap!
