Stripped shock for a service and whilst at it i thought i'd strip the rebound knob down as it was full of grit.
Should have googled first.... Didn't realize there would be a sprung bar in there.

I can't get the switch back on as the sprung bar for the rebound adjustment gets in the way. Those in the know is there anyway of reassembling it without sending it away?

Uh-Oh! Its a send-it-off job :-/
Mojo, TF, etc
There's no way you can get this back together now as the mitre rod from inside the steel shock shaft has to be fitted *after* the rebound dial

I did the same (although I did Google first I didn't find anything). Sent it to Mojo, noting I'd already replaced the seals. They said seals were damaged, shaft scratched, and replaced them. Not cheap, but much cheaper than a new shock.

I had the same problem-Don't send to TF as they ended up sending it onto mojo anyway adding a week onto turnaround.
