I’ve got a fault somewhere in the connection plug on my battery pack. Can I get a new case and flex or connector, or is it for the bin? I’d like to salvage it as it is a relatively expensive aftermarket unit.
Help me STW, you’re my only hope.

Thanks, not got a picture of my pack with me, but it is a 4 cell unit for a Solar Storm type light.
I guess that I could just buy a new case and swap the batteries over.
mtbbatteries.co.uk might do a service / rebuild for you even if you didn't buy it there.
Actually, I think that I did buy it from there. I'll drop them a line.

The excellent Mark at MTBbatteries has sold me a replacement pouch and lead (at a very good price) and my excellent mate Pete from the Karate Club (who owns an electronics company) is going to splice the new lead onto the old waterproof battery case.
