Midday Saturday DECEMBER 6TH at Mud Dock, Bristol. As usual it's the first Saturday of every month at midday, parking is cheap with a huge Pay+Display right next door. Setting up a stall is FREE, borrowing a table is FREE.
It's important you don't set up too early. Recently there's been difficulties with people setting up and selling as early as 11am. This takes all the buyers away from those setting up on time.

10.30am: Coffee+Cake Morning in Mud Dock cafe

12.00 midday: BIKE JUMBLE!

Here is a list of things I will be putting on (or near) a table...

2005-ish 17" Specialised Hardrock sport, complete, would make excellent pub bike, RST forks and slick tyres, weighs as much as the earth itself
2001-ish 55cm ctt Specialised Allez frame and forks, seatpost, stem and possibly bars, cranks, chain rings and bb
BB bought for the Allez not fitted, probably Shimano UN51
Fulcrum 7s - Well used but still a good solid wheelset
Mavic EX721 rim on a fancy red anodised Middleburn rear hub
Mavic Open Pro on a Ritchey Zero rear hub
Mavic CXP21 on a Ritchey front hub with a spoke missing
On One overshoes (L) used once, too small
On one full finger gloves (L), worn once, too small
Easton Haven (400mm) seatpost, black
Easton Haven (711mm) bars, black
Eaton Haven (70mm) stem, black, mag plate
55T unused TA Chainring, if you want to impress Katie from Accounts at the Christmas party, you NEED this!
Deore V-brakes
Hope Pro2 15mm Hub conversion widgets
MKS AR2 pedals (new)
A pair of almost new (one 120 mile sportive) red wall Michelin Pro3 race 23mm tyres

...And the rest of the stuff I find in the box at the back of the garage...

Wondering whether or not travelling and rocking up with my new CK wheels is a good idea or not!?

I want naff all compared to what they cost, and are a lovely set to include mint winter slop tyres.

As I'm unfamiliar with these jumbles, do folk turn up expecting everything to be under a certain amount or is it a case of depends what you have type bartering?

The sale goes in waves. What I have found over the couple of years I have done them is you tend to sell the secondhand stuff not the new so easily. Its a lottery to be honest.I did the September one and sold stuff I have taken there every time. You never know. Some people take some real JUNK.Give it a go.Dont know how far you are traveling to it.You could always bring a bike and have a ride around Leigh woods/Aston court.
