Every other ride spokes seem to break at the hub. Mavic819 rim on a hope pro 2 hub , cotic bfe is the bike

If more than a couple of spokes have broken, then you need to get the wheel rebuilt with all new spokes - they'll all have fatigued, and will just keep breaking.
90% of spoke breakage problems are down to insufficient spoke tension. If you're a larger rider, perhaps use heavier duty spokes.
