Ok, I ve rounded the expanding wedge on the Maxle of my 08 Boxxer Race`s. Dumb as I know... how can I get the bolt through axle out with all of the gubbins now removed..and not in the best of health... 😥

just had the same on a 06 boxxer. I managed to keep unscrewing the other side until i could pull the wedge side out. i then pulled out the spring with a old spoke and used a big alan key rather than the expanding wedge. I also had to tap out the maxel as the numpty who had it before me trash the thread on the screw end. £50 + from TFT for a new one. GUTTED!
