I'm only 33 and considering trying a massage pillow (homedics shiatsu cushion) for argos. Anyone able to steer my decision. It looks like a big bag of turd but anything is worth a go.
Stiff neck = headaches but does £40 = solution!!!!

Strengthen your neck for free. Have a google for neck exercises and fill your boots.

Yes and I have that one It works but not great for the bit from shoulder balde to neck so I reckon it depends where your pain is
I have general issues as I can only see out of one eye and tend to not sit, drive ride etc with my neck straight.
Hurts at the time and not instant relief but much better / less pain the next day.
I would recomend it
