I bought a 5-25 Nm screwfix wrench to do a repair yesterday, but have noticed some other bike-specific wrenches go as low as 2 Nm. What on a bike needs tighteng to below 5Nm ?

The little bit of black plastic screwed in to the LH hand crank.
