I have to get rid of one bike due to space, but im stuck as what to do. As a starter, I mostly ride the peaks.

I have a 26" bfe which I'm keeping, this my fun, hooligan bike. I need another bike to compliment it for long xc races, long peaks rides and all dayers. My other bikes are:

Titus rock star 29er 100mm fs. I like this bike, but rear end has lots of flex which I can't put my finger on at the moment and could be expensive to sort.

MK1 scandal 29er 100mm forks, built up light with crests. I like this bike alot, but it seems very undergunned when I ride it in the peaks.

Which 29er do I keep? Or do I sell both or split both and get a new frame like a ramin, Solaris or Dartmoor primal?

Depends what you want and how much you are prepared to spend...

From what you're saying, I'd be tempted to pick the bits you're keeping from the two and shift the rest and buy a more versatile frame, but there's a lot to be said for using what you have. I gather the Scandal won't take 27.5+ if that's something you might like to try. Obviously you'll need to commit several hundred pounds to a new frame less whatever you get back on the existing bikes, so it won't be a cost-neutral option no matter how much it looks like it might be on paper ๐Ÿ˜‰ If the Rockstar is the bike I think it is, with the carbon back end, assuming there's nothing odd going on with bushes etc then I'd be quite concerned about a flexy rear.

FWIW, I'm just doing a big cut down and keeping a CX, Soul275 and Solaris right now (also ride mostly Peaks). The idea is that I decide which of the HT's I like best and if I really need a FS bike, although I can see me ending up with two nice HT's tbh...
