Following on from a thread where there was a bit of bashing for York Bike Outlet i thought i would add a positive
I ordered a pair of Rockshox 2009 Revelation U-Turns at what i think was a pretty good price last Tuesday, they turned up today.
So no problems or complaints from me, that is all......

Yup a week, quotes 5 to 7 days on the website so fair do's
It said the same for they even claimed they had been shipped!!!
My experience last week started off ok, hope BB in stock at competative price, ordered last saturday quoted 1 to 5 working days, rang up thursday to check progress told they had been dispatched, nothing turns up friday so ring back to be told it has just arrived with them, I got a little miffed about being told an untruth but they did redeem themselves in the end by sending before 9 next day. FWIW their prices seem very competative if they got there dispatch sorted they could well be a force to reckon with.
5-7 days usually means its not a stocked item? No one takes that long UK-to-UK?!
Liars they may be to some, but i have a set of forks sat here and am happ, just thought i would let people know they dont lie to everybody !
