I'm off to my mates place near Benalmadena in October, this is the third time I've been out to it and I keep saying I'll do a bit of riding.
Just looking for a day out somewhere really, I had planned to go on my own but The Mrs and daughter have decided they wouldn't mind a bit of it either.
Do any of the companies out there do anything for families? I can't see the Mrs doing anything to adventurous TBH so it may have to be a fairly sedate day out.
Anybody any ideas?
Probably your best bet is Sierra Cycling who are very flexible and accomodating. There is a good xc descent (i.e. not Downhill) from near Ronda into Marbella with not much climbing, mainly on double track and you can stop off at the 600 year old tree at Istan. They would be able to give you a lift to the start and you'd end up at some great restaurants.
Other people here may have some other ideas too.
They also have some other xc routes behind the costa which have breaks at some lovely Spanish traditional villages, but you'd need to tell them exactly how far you'd want to cycle and gradients etc.
