Any recommendations for charities that could use bike parts and cycling clothes? I've got a few parts like 9/10 speed shimano stuff, and surplus helmets etc. I've done well out of ebay recently and would rather give these as a donation to someone who would use them. I would parcel it all up and send it so location not important. I could only find places that take whole bikes.TIA

I'd try and find something local. Round here there are loads: Bristol Bike Project, Life Cycle, UpCycle (all good if one of those appeals). Clothes to a normal charity shop.

Alpkit will take bike parts and clothes etc, and pass it on to charities.

There's one in Swindon near the Jury's Inn. I keep meaning to take some stiff there.
