Quite enjoy it myself funnily enough. Liking simple at the moment. KM singlespeed slapped together and ridden, no mods just plain and simple. Tubes n wheels. Easy.

Been slowly putting an On One Macinato (Mincer) together since Christmas. Been nice to just pop into the garage and do a few bits. Of all my builds in recent years, it's one of the simplest, but has taken about 20 times as long! Feels a bit like a jigsaw puzzle you leave out and put a bit in from time to time. I'm in no rush (in some ways, but am in others) - white tape and saddle ain't a good mix for the weather at the mo.
Enjoy the build ton - and then the pootling and pottering when it's done. 😉

Really enjoy an evening in my garage, bottle of red, Radcliffe and Maconie on the radio(now 6) and a bike to build /fettle.
