Does anyone know of a bike shop who will hire out bike boxes/bags for a fortnight? Or alternatively, anyone have one they fancy lending me . I'm off to Chamonix on Friday, on an impromptu get away. Would happily bring back a bit of duty free or contribute towards the bag.

I have a soft case bike bag I'm happy loan for a bottle of wine or three (I'm also wanting to sell it if you are interested)
I also have a hard case bike box that I took to canada and I'd be willing to hire that out for a small fee.

Just seen the old post aboves, and I have exactly the same question. Am looking to hire / borrow a bike box for long weekend to do the Marmotte. Weekend at end of June. Happy to arrange payment in beer / wine or cash!
