Ordered a road bike (i know, i know but Canyon don't do 29ers yet) from them on 25th May with an expected delivery of 2nd week of June.

The nice UPS man just delivered it this morning and it all seems very nicely put together and well packaged. £920 all in for Ultegra/105 spec with Mavic wheels and Ritchey finishing kit - unbeatable value compared to Trek/Spesh etc (and they do a 66cm frame for 'the slightly taller gentleman').

They kept me regularly informed with emails and have been a pleasure to deal with. I hope they are as good next week when i order a £750 (Reba Equipped at that price!) Yellowstone Hardtail for a mate.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again although i appreciate the leap of faith some may have to take to spend big money with them without a test ride first.

I spent the best part of three grand with them for my road bike. I spent about two hours measuring and remeasuring my current bike and my various bbody parts (don't go there!) and the bike is a perfect fit, BTW I ignored there size calculator, it was a mile of.

Bike is incredible, service was OK, my bike was delayed by 7 weeks or so, due to it being a new model.

I've got to second this. I bought a Nerve AM a couple of weeks ago and the bike was delivered in 7 days. Very easily assembled. Thinking about putting on larger riser bars as I feel the front end is a bit low, bit other than that a fantastic bike.

I bought a Nerve XC frameset, perfect, perfect, perfect service - great comms, did what they said they would do, arrived when they said.

A great example of good service.
