I've got a bike to sell (first time I've ever sold one), so what's the best way to sell it? The classifieds here obviously, and there's Gumtree and E-Bay I know, but are there any other good places?
And what do folk do for payments? And should I trust a stranger who wants a test ride?
If your bike is a quality bike with top notch components you will probably get more for it if you strip down and sell all the bits separately on this site, most sellers want paying by paypal gift with no fees for either buyer or seller but can be a time consuming process.
+1 for parting out. but if you want it all gone without the hassle a good add with pictures on here then if it dosnt sell on to evil bay.
Ta. It's a decent bike but not top quality. Just looking to sell the whole thing before its replacement arrives and Mrs Kenny does another "garage audit" where she counts the number of bikes!
