Needs to be involving but also not need pinpoint precision as I won't be able to do that, all I've got is first person shooters.
Not using the turbo is not an alternative all the time due to family commitments
I can't imagine anything being any fun if you can do it whilst turboing, and cant imagine turbo training will be any use whilst playing games that are fun.
If you have a suitable laptop or phone to run it then would recommend zwift
Trainerroad so following a set plan. Sweetspot base has long sessions which aren't flat out intervals so playing games should be fine.
I have tried zwift but prefer the structure of TR (at the moment)

Wipeout. Every time you crash you have to do a sprint interval.
