Do you want paint or powdercoat? Powder coat is much cheaper, faster and tougher.

For the latter I'd say find a specialist locally, because it's really easy to do, lots of places do it cheap. Every industrial estate has at least one powder coater.

Bristol way?
ABC Powdercoaters in Nailsea - had about 6 frames done there so far.
Bombproof finish but you have to mask / clean some faces after.

DH frame last year - front triangle/swing arms x 2/ fork lowers and crowns x2/2xcranks in white + MRP in Black (3 pieces) £45 inc shotblasting.

Bargaintastic (even with having to clean out bearing faces etc)

Just shove an old bottom bracket in while its being shot-blasted. Thats all you have to worry about reaay.

`and powdercoating is the way forward. Colourtech in Wigan did my frame. It was ridiculously cheap and the finish is absolutely bomb proof
