Hi, I currently mix up my commute with my road bike when its dry and my Inbread when wet/winter time. the Inbread is kitted out with mudguards and a pannier rack. I use Marathon Tyres but the Inbread is heavy and like a slug in comparison. I'd like to try a lighter alloy frame for a while and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a decent 18" alloy frame that will accomodate a rack. It doesn't need to be super expensive as it will be used for winter commuting only. any ideas?
