One MAY be heading off to Croatia for the 4 islands tomorrow am..
And one MAY have checked with their current multi-trip policy, and it MAY not cover racing, or the full cost of a lost bike..
Heading away for 5 days racing, so if anyone can suggest a decent company that will cover me racing, and about £5ish K of bike and bits….

I've insured with Yellow Jersey, covers downhill / enduro racing in EU, no doubt other kinds of events too. It cost about 3x a normal annual holiday insurance policy. I've never claimed against it. I know a lot of enduro racers use them.
When I did the megavalanche Yellow Card where the only ones that gave cover.
it was clear and concise, whereas some sound like they do, but ultimately they don’t.

I've used snowcard before for this, covers racing and the bikes themselves.
Never had to claim though so dont know how good they are for that
Yellow jersey for me too. Never had to claim - but the few times I have dealt with them they have been good.

I've used Yellow Jersey before. Never have to claim but found them really helpful and friendly.
Yellow jersey, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, had an expected 2 night stay in hospital and medical care whilst on a trip, the bill was sorted in 48hrs. Always helpful when I phone up, covered for just about anything cycling wise anywhere in the world
