This has probably been covered before, I have had a quick look around google, im getting around £50 inc decent insurance.
Its a heavy bike, but I thought I would least get it done for about £30
Any ideas on courier?
Tried Parcel monkey, interparcel, Parcelforce, paisley

Its not usually weight thats the problem- more box size. Try trimming it down a bit?

best I can do is 200 x 40 x 110

Take the wheels off, pedals off, remove the bars & you should get well under those dimensions
