rothwell, tingley, dewsbury, thornhill, whitley, grange moor, emley mast, scissett, upper denby, canno hall, high hoyland, haigh, wooley edge, newmiller dam, walton, heath common, altofts, rothwell.
nice route, loads of little lanes and a fair few climbs.

i find it really hard to get excited about road biking. i think if i lived somewhere hillier then maybe, but then thinking about it id prob want to go offroad then too. i just cant get my head around choosing pedalling over scaring myself silly.

Yeah, riding along on the flat is pretty boring, hills make it all interesting and scaring yourself silly is easy enough on a roadbike if you find a big enough hill.
i dont look good in lycra either...
4hrs it quite long for 10k, keep at it you mat get sub 3hr by the end of the year! ๐
