If my frame's got a Hollowtech 2 external bottom bracket, can I use a BB30 chainset with it?

HTII = 24mm axle spindle
BB30 = err, axle 30mm spindle

No, the axle is also much shorter on the BB30, the BB shell is much narrower.

E13 and enduro seals amongst others produce bb cup for threaded bb shells that enable the use of bb30 in non bb30 frames

/\..But they only work for BB30 chainsets with an 88mm long axle eg E13,Zipp,Rotor,Hollowgram,386evo etc
They won't work with 'normal' BB30 chainsets.
