I have a 2011 Whyte 901 Trail - going by the Whyte website it says in the spec it has a Sram GXP BB. It also says at the bottom of their page that features include a Sram PF30 BB and ISCG tabs along with a tapered head tube...

http://www.whytebikes.com/2011/bike_page.php?ModNo=W-1-013-11

I'm pretty sure that GXP BB's and PF30 BB's are different standards of BB, so my question is what BB's can I use on my bike? Sram GXP only?

Much confused!

That link from the White site is confusing. GXP uses external bearing BB. PF30 is push fit. If you can see external bearing cups on your bike it is GXP. as far as I know GXP is not compatible with Shimano Hollowtech 2 so you may be limited to GXP BB's.

you can use any BB30 bottom bracket, but your cranks won't work with shimano etc... so you have to use GXP type, but they're made by other companies such as race face etc..
