Fork is an early new shape Pike Select +, probably 2021. It has a Charger 2.1.
Working fine except the compression dial doesn't do much. 20 clicks and feels solid but on my Fox Rhythm is was a short dial that went from open to totally lock the fork.
Broken or is it not supposed to do much, at least statically.
Isn't it supposed to quasi lock the fork at one end?

I'm pretty sure it isn't meant to lock the fork out, just add more compression stiffness (so a harder hit is needed to make it move).
You can get lockout but it only gives 3 positions - fully open, trail and closed...but you don't have that in the pictures.
