Bar width & saddle angle

Sam Pilgrim sure knows how to lock up his bike!

Not sure why it needs such a beefy chain, that thing in unstealable.

To be fair it was parked up in central London (earls court) so should be pretty nifty in traffic, think I first spotted it about 15yrs ago without such an extreme saddle angle.

Saddle seems to be "chained" down (for security?).  I quite like that, would def like a go on it (I'd like to imagine that the important bits might be in perfect order).  Perfect disposabike
