Im trying to get all the bits together for a new build and want to transfer my front avid elixir with a 160 rotor onto a Revalation with a post mount.

My question is what size disc is the post mount on the Revalation designed for and in that respect will I need a post mount adaptor for the brake and or a larger disc?

Any knowlage welcome

cheers

I think you'll need an adaptor and a 180mm rotor, thats what i needed when I went from 160mm Hope IS to PM.

Never seen an Elixir that's IS mount, they're all post mount, with adaptor needed for anything other than 160mm on the front.

It should bolt straight onto the forks without an adapter - I did the same recently but ended up going for a 180mm rotor in the end and associated adapter
