I used them for a pair of cx tyres - they arrived after chasing them up, however were the incorrect tyres and I've had no reply to several queries about returning them

I have just gone for the resolution centre option as it seems that it may be the best way forwards with this chap.
A few folk contacted their cc company when their Tripster frames did not materialise.
