Ordered something from them a few days before Christmas have heard nothing from them. Not replying to emails, so far.

I used them for a pair of cx tyres - they arrived after chasing them up, however were the incorrect tyres and I've had no reply to several queries about returning them

I have just gone for the resolution centre option as it seems that it may be the best way forwards with this chap.

Paypal dispute led to me being refunded. Quite happy with that.
