Hey STW,

I am after a new saddle and cant find the one I want anywhere in the UK, I have found it on bikeinn though but have never heard of them. Are they legit? They seem to be based in Spain so hoping I don't get stung with any extra charges.

Has anyone used them before?

Thanks

Yes and their sister site snowinn.com

Stuff arrived fast and was cheap. That was before brextard though, so I can’t comment on recent performance.

Are they even shipping to uk just now? Lots of the euro outlets aren't.

I've used trekkinn loads, always been brill. I used bikeinn once and it took ages for both dispatch and delivery, it was in December though so a good chance it'd be better now.

I've used them (pre Brexit) for some high value orders. As as already been said, orders can take an age to arrive as they are often not holding stock but instead are indicating supplier stock (but not differentiating on their site). I ordered a Niner frame which was showing as 'in stock' but took weeks to reach their dispatch centre.

Good pricing though!

I've bought a few things from them in recent weeks. One being a saddle. All arrived without issue.

Stuff mostly arrives eventually just don’t expect it too quickly. Although they did cancel one of my orders once as they couldn’t get the stock and forgot to tell me until I chased them.

I ordered an Absolute Black chainring last week from BikInn as I couldn’t find a UK stockist. AB ship from Poland and was more expensive.

I use their sister site DiveInn on a fairly regular basis. Never had an issue and shipping, although not next day, was fine.

I used bikeinn before Brexit to buy some Castelli gloves and they arrived pretty much straightaway, no fuss.

Yes. I've had a (<£135 order) from them recently. I chose the cheap shipping, it was sent promptly on the Tuesday when I ordered and delivered the following Monday. No duty/customs issues, as should be the case with a low value order. I'd definitely use them again.

Used them across Brexit (ordered late December) delivery time was to be 3 weeks and that's how long it took. Got the impression they send a job lot of packages in one go. I received a photo with royal mail postage within days but after a week or so followed it's travels through Europe.

I bought some bits at the start of march. Took 3weeks to arrive, but came through a UK Wearhouse with no charges.
