I know there will be the nay sayers on here at the prospect of chinese carbon, but on the basis that:
- I've seen the picture of the snapped hylix mtb handlebar and you could find similar pictures for failures of most cycle kit if you look hard enough
- that a company would be unlikely to brand its stuff if it wasn't looking to build a reputation
- their stuff comes with a 2 year warranty
It can't be that bad?
Does anyone have any positive experience - specifically their carbon road bars?
Yeh my mate has the road bars and his son has a seatpost both are fine.
I had some of their mtb bars with integrated stem. Seemed really strong, and looked beautiful. Would have kept them but they were quite narrow. I think they might actually manufacturer the bars for other brands, at least that's what I read on the Web.
