Hi Chaps,
Winter's closing in and that incessant whirring noise and smell of sweaty crotch in the front room has returned....
Does anyone use any alternatives to the Spinerval DVDs? I'm trying to keep myself sane this winter...

Sufferfest stuff? music is a bit rubbish on them though Euro high energy charty type rubbish

We use the vision quest real rides power DVD.
Seems to be fairly good. It seems to do the trick. i.e lots of grunting noises coming from Mrs Mugsy when she is using it and it's made me be sick before.
